Property Lettings
We offer a traditional letting agent service to property owners looking to secure regular tenants. We can advertise on your behalf or coordinate national web-advertising and manage all the viewings, applications and vetting procedures involved in getting new tenants successfully moved into their new home.

We are able to provide a property search service to prospective property purchasers, particularly with future letting in mind. We can work with you to determine what sort of property you are looking to buy, the area and condition and look to narrow the options down by undertaking initial viewings and questions with Estate Agents.
Property Management
There are times when you need to undertake a project of a larger scale but maybe don’t have the time or confidence to manage this on your own. We are skilled at running projects internally or externally, coordinating trades, building and planning regulations and timelines.
Landlord Services
We will advise landlords of the current local rental values. Source a suitable tenant. Accompany tenants on every viewing. Complete references and credit checks. Draw up a suitable tenancy agreement. Complete a statement of condition at the start of every tenancy. Collect and account the monthly rent. Conduct thorough property inspections and report the condition and recommendations. We will ensure the property is fully legally compliant and safe for tenants. Repairs and maintenance organised and managed. Utilities transfers. Tenant Services
We ensure all of our properties are compliant with current legal, health and safety standards. We do our absolute best to accommodate tenant requirements. Your deposits are held in a fully insured government approved custodial scheme. Help is offered to switch your utility suppliers. Hearthstone makes regular inspections to highlight repairs and improvements. Maintenance and renovations are dealt with cleanly and efficiently.
